Robin Gilkes – Xbridge Chairman
Robin joined the Xbridge Board in 2008 as Chairman. An Oxford graduate and former Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Robin also brings a wealth of experience from the Boards of companies including Cognito Europe Limited, Danish Re Group and Liberty Mutual at Lloyd's.

Brad Liebmann – Xbridge Founder
Brad founded Xbridge in 2000 and was CEO until 2008. Brad remains one of the company's largest shareholders. In early 2008, he founded BView, the UK's fastest growing local search directory. He is currently BView's Chairman and CEO. Before founding Xbridge, Brad was Senior Vice President of Technology Mergers & Acquisitions at a global merchant bank in New York and London. He holds an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business.

Peter Burrows – UK CEO, Brit Insurance PLC
Peter joined the Xbridge board in June 2008. He is UK CEO of Brit Insurance and brings to the board nearly three decades of leadership experience in the insurance industry. Prior to Brit, Peter spent five years at Zurich UK Commercial, where he was Managing Director. He previously spent over twenty years at Royal & Sun Alliance, latterly as Director of UK Regions.

Ralph Arnold – Managing Director, TransAct Advisory Services
Ralph is one of the original founders of Xbridge. Prior to Xbridge he was Head of M&A for Aventis. Ralph subsequently joined Bayer Innovation as its Managing Director to build a new ventures platform for the Bayer Group. He founded TransAct Advisory Services in 2008 to leverage his investment banking, corporate M&A and entrepreneurial background. Ralph holds an MBA from Columbia University in New York.
