Position: Business Analyst
You will be highly motivated, people-oriented person, used to developing new opportunities and maximising potential. You take a pragmatic, flexible approach to problem solving and are willing to put in what it takes to get results. You are a great communicator with outstanding verbal and written skills, developed in a commercial environment dealing with internal and external clients. You are seeking an excellent working and social environment within a highly focused and professional company.
The role mainly involves
- Requirement gathering from internal & external partners, including:
functional requirements | design requirements | use case development - Problem solving & business process solutioning
- External research and market analysis
- Supporting, troubleshooting and managing the interface between the business and technical sides of the company
- Client/partner relationship management
- Identifying & establishing new opportunities and revenue potential
Required Experience
- 3+ years experience in a business analyst role
- 2+ years business development experience
- 2+ Relationship management
- Business development with commercial responsibility
- Previous work in early stage project development
Desirable Experience
- BSc with a minimum 2.1 from a top tier university (or equivalent).
- Experience in financial services and/or a strong e-commerce experience is very useful
- Project management experience
